Where is the Exhibitor Registration office?

Exhibitor Services will be located in the spine between the Archery Hall and the Large Arena before the show begins. Once the Show begins, Exhibitor Registration will be moved into the Show Office, which is also located in the spine.

What is the cost for electricity?

The NRA provides free basic 120V/20amp electric service to all exhibitors for the duration of the show. Booth spaces larger than 20'x20' will need to submit the Sportshow Electrical Grid Layout Form (found in your Exhibitor Manual) to identify drop locations. If higher voltage and/or three phase power is needed, please submit the Booth Electricity Order Form also found in your Exhibitor Manual.

How do I order badges?

Badge Order Forms are located in the Exhibitor Manual, which will be distributed electronically to all companies paid in full by November 4th.

Order forms for these items are located in the Exhibitor Manual, which will be distributed electronically to all companies paid in full by November 3rd.  You will also be provided a link to order these items through your exhibitor newsletters beginning in November.

What is the firearms display and safety policy?

Breech loading firearms displayed and accessible to attendees with the intent to allow attendees to handle the firearms and work all or part of their actions, must be deactivated by removal of the firing pin or other alteration so they are rendered incapable of firing. Firearms on display, but not intended to be handled by attendees, must be secured with a keyed trigger lock or keyed cable lock. Locks must remain installed and locked on the firearms for the duration of the Show. Firearms will be inspected before the Show by an authorized safety advisor. Firearms inspections will take place the evening of Friday, February 5th and before the Show opens on Saturday. Infractions will be reported to both the Exhibitor and Show Management. All infractions must be corrected before the exhibitor's display will be allowed to open.

Great American Outdoor Show

The Great American Outdoor Show is a nine-day event celebrating hunting, fishing and outdoor traditions that are treasured by millions of Americans and their families. The show features over 1,100 exhibitors ranging from shooting manufacturers to outfitters to fishing boats and RV’s, and archery to art covering 650,000 square feet of exhibit hall space!
