Who can attend the Great American Outdoor Show?
The Great American Outdoor Show is open to the general public. Attendees come from across the country to find the best outdoor products and hunts available.

Is the concealed carry of a firearm permitted at the Show?
Concealed carry of a personal firearm is permitted in the PA Farm Show Complex, with the proper license in accordance with Pennsylvania law. When carrying your firearm, always adhere to all federal, state and local laws.
Where is NRA Exhibitor Services located?
Exhibitor Services will be located in the spine between the Archery Hall and the Large Arena before the show begins. Once the Show begins, Exhibitor Registration Services will be moved into the Show Office, which is also located in the spine.
What is provided with my booth?
Each booth is supplied with 8 foot high back drape and 3 foot high side drape, along with a sign with your Company Name and Booth Number. The NRA provides one complimentary 120 volt electrical outlet per exhibitor.
What is the cost for electricity?
The NRA provides free basic 120V/20amp electric service to all exhibitors for the duration of the show. Booth spaces larger than 20'x20' will need to submit the Sportshow Electrical Grid Layout Form (found in your Exhibitor Manual) to identify drop locations. If higher voltage and/or three phase power is needed, please submit the Booth Electricity Order Form also found in your Exhibitor Manual.
How do I order badges? Parking passes? Trailer permits?
The link to order exhibitor badges, parking passes, trailer permits and guest tickets is located in the Exhibitor Services Manual, which will be distributed electronically by General Exposition Services to paid-in-full exhibitors by mid-November.
How do I register my booth personnel?
All personnel working in your booth must wear an Exhibitor badge stating their legal name (first and last) and company name at all times. Each booth is allotted a certain number of complimentary badges (depending on the size of the booth) and any additional badges may be purchased for $15. To order your badges, please use the Exhibitor Item order site linked in the Exhibitor Services Manual.
How do I update my online GAOS Directory Listing?
Updating your online GAOS Directory Listing is a great way to grab the attention of attendees and potential customers who browse our exhibitor list online and in the app. To update your listing and add Show specials and products, click on "Exhibitor Dashboard" in the "Exhibitor" menu.

How do I secure my firearms overnight at the Show?
All firearms must be secured in your booth by either cable locks or hiring overnight security. For cable lock suggestions, please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual.
What is the firearms display and safety policy?
Breech loading firearms displayed and accessible to attendees with the intent to allow attendees to handle the firearms and work all or part of their actions, must be deactivated by removal of the firing pin or other alteration so they are rendered incapable of firing. Firearms on display, but not intended to be handled by attendees, must be secured with a keyed trigger lock or keyed cable lock. Locks must remain installed and locked on the firearms for the duration of the Show. Firearms will be inspected before the Show by an authorized safety advisor. Firearms inspections will take place the evening of Friday, February 5th and before the Show opens on Saturday. Infractions will be reported to both the Exhibitor and Show Management. All infractions must be corrected before the exhibitor's display will be allowed to open.
How do I book my hotel?

Does the NRA use a third party vendor to secure hotel reservations for exhibitors?
<No, the NRA does NOT utilize the services of any third party hotel or reservations vendor for the Great American Outdoor Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to disregard any communication from such company and to reserve hotel reservations via the partner hotels found here
What if a non-official Contractor contacts me? Can I use them?
Companies not affiliated with GAOS may reach out to you in order to solicit your business. This is happening most aggressively with housing companies. Please note that we do not use an official housing company for GAOS and any company that implies they are the official housing contractor is being deceitful. Who are the main contractors? What do they provide?
General Exposition Services is the Official Service Contractor for the Show, providing material handling, furniture rental, carpeting, labor, and more.
The PA Farm Show Complex provides electric.
Comcast provides telephone and internet.
How do I pay for services?
To pay for services provided by General Exposition Services, you must complete their Payment Authorization form, found in the Exhibitor Services Manual. Credit Card information must be on file before any goods or services will be rendered.
Other contractors will ask for payment on their order forms or respective websites.
What is Material Handling?
Material Handling is the moving of materials from point A to point B. Whether your materials are sent in advance to the Service Contractor's warehouse or directly to Show site, they still need to get to your booth after the carrier drops them off. Paying for handling entitles you to have your freight brought to your booth from the loading dock, empty containers stored during the Show, empty containers returned to your booth at the close of the Show, and your freight carried back to the loading dock and loaded onto the carrier at the conclusion of the Show. Then you arrange for a carrier to pick up your exhibit materials for transport to the next destination. There is usually a 200 pound minimum per shipment charge for material handling.
Can I bring my booth materials using my personal vehicle?
Yes, you are able to bring your booth materials in your vehicle. However, you are not able to drive your vehicles into the building on Friday, February 4, 2022.

What is the COVID-19 policy?
The PA Farm Show Complex follows the CDC Guidance for Indoor Events. NO proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend and there is not a mask mandate. In accordance with CDC Guidance for indoor events, everyone 2 years or older attending events at The Farm Show Complex is encouraged to wear a mask. By attending the Great American Outdoor Show (GAOS) you are acknowledging that an inherent risk to exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the GAOS, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the National Rifle Association, the PA Farm Show Complex and any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
Will I be required to be vaccinated to attend GAOS 2022?
In accordance with current Pennsylvania requirements, as of the date last updated above, vaccines are NOT required for the PA Farm Show Complex.
What is the PA Farm Show Complex doing to encourage the safety for all who attend and exhibit at the Great American Outdoor Show?
Prior to the arrival of the Great American Outdoor Show, facility air filters will be changed which will allow for better air circulation and cleaner air. They will also be opening the overhead doors overnight to introduce new air into the building for the next day.
High-touch areas will be sanitized throughout the day upon show opening.
Bathrooms, food service areas, and door handles will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Hand sanitizer stations will be located in multiple locations within the complex including but not limited to bathrooms, food service areas, and entrances.
Exhibitors are encouraged to have sanitizer available in their booths.
GBAC Accreditation-The PA Farm Show Complex and Expo Center has completed the GBAC certification program. The accreditation will demonstrate correct work practices, procedures, and systems to prepare, respond and recover from outbreaks and pandemics. Our staff is trained to use proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices to minimize risks associated with infectious diseases and biohazards.
Masks are strongly recommended for everyone inside the Farm Show Complex, in accordance with CDC guidance. If you are feeling sick, showing symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please refrain from attending.
The PA Farm Show Complex will continue to monitor the CDC’s recommendations and will make adjustments as necessary.
